Based in Auckland · Working with businesses worldwide
Based in New Zealand. Working with businesses worldwide.
AXOmega is a New Zealand-based technology partner that designs and builds websites, e-commerce stores, custom software, automation and integrations — delivered entirely online. We have dedicated information for several markets we regularly serve, but our services are not limited to those countries. Wherever you are based, we can work together remotely.
AXOmega works remotely with businesses around the world. Projects are delivered completely online — discovery, planning, development, demonstrations, feedback, deployment and ongoing support. You do not need to be in New Zealand, Australia, the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom to work with us; those countries simply have dedicated pages with more market-specific information on currency, hours and local tools.
Discovery, planning, design, development, demonstrations, feedback, deployment and support all happen online — no travel required, no hand-offs.
Time zones, managed
Async-first communication with scheduled meetings where overlap is practical, clear written updates and defined milestones so you always know what is happening.
Invoicing that fits
Invoiced from New Zealand. Supported currencies (including USD) where available — confirmed at proposal stage so your accounts have clarity.
Based in Auckland
Headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand. That is transparent and it is the reason we can work the hours we do — not a network of offices.
How remote works
Delivered online. Aligned to your day.
Most of our work happens in a shared workspace with a regular demo cadence. We schedule overlap for calls and keep everything else clear and async, so distance does not add friction.
How communication works across time zones
We agree overlap windows at kick-off and schedule calls there — your morning may be our evening, and we plan for it.
Outside overlap, progress continues async with written status, decisions logged, and milestones visible in the shared workspace.
No 12-hour silence surprises — updates are structured so you are never waiting for a time zone to align.
Face-to-face is not required; when it helps and you are in Auckland we are happy to meet, otherwise online is the default.
Does everything really happen online?
Yes. Shared discovery, live workspaces, video calls for decisions, and staged delivery mean you see working software early. Deployment, training and ongoing support are handled the same way — online and documented.
How do I pay you?
We invoice from New Zealand. Where available we can invoice in a supported currency (USD is the base for international work; NZD, AUD, CAD and GBP are also available on request). Currency, tax and payment terms are confirmed in your proposal so there are no surprises. We do not claim support for every currency — if we can accommodate yours, we will say so at quoting.
Yes — you do not need to be in New Zealand, Australia, the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom. Those pages simply offer market-specific detail.
Projects run async-first: scheduled calls where overlap is practical, otherwise clear written updates, shared workspaces and a regular demo rhythm.
Discovery, planning, build, review, deployment and ongoing care are all delivered over the internet.
One accountable partner from first website to connected operations — the same team, the same process.

Where we are actually based
Headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand — not a multinational.
We are transparent about being New Zealand-based. That makes the international positioning more credible, not less: for modern web and software work, remote delivery is completely normal. We do not operate "global offices", "international teams", "24/7 support" or a "local presence worldwide" unless we say so — we look like what we are, a New Zealand technology company with no meaningful geographic boundary on who we can serve.
British national, native English speaker, residing in Auckland, New Zealand for 20+ years — plain-English communication, no language barrier.
One partner from first website to connected operations — no handoff between agency and vendor.
Systems that work together by design — website, store, CRM, accounting and internal tools stay in sync.
Measured by business outcomes, not features — does it remove manual work and earn its keep?
If you are in one of our dedicated markets, the pages below have more specific detail. If not, start here — the process is the same.
You don't need to know what technology you need — start with what's slowing you down. If one of these sounds familiar, you're in the right place, wherever you're based.
01Numbers
“We’re never sure which system holds the right numbers — so we re-check everything by hand.”
Our approach:We connect your systems around one source of truth, so information is entered once and every report agrees.
02Revenue
“Enquiries come through the website, but between the inbox and the follow-up, some just go quiet.”
Our approach:We capture every enquiry, assign it, and follow up automatically — so no lead disappears and no customer waits.
03People
“One person runs the whole thing from memory and spreadsheets. When they’re away, so is the know-how.”
Our approach:We move your process into software with checks and history built in — so the business doesn’t depend on one person.
04Customers
“Customers call to ask where their order is — and we don’t know until we’ve checked three systems.”
Our approach:We connect orders, stock, and tracking, so your customers and your team can see the truth instantly.
05Risk
“It’s all held together with patches. We’re afraid to change anything in case it breaks.”
Our approach:We map what you’ve got and improve it safely, step by step — no big-bang rebuild.
06AI
“Everyone keeps telling us AI will fix things — nobody can show us where it actually helps.”
Our approach:We find the few places automation and AI genuinely pay for themselves — and we’ll tell you where they don’t.
What working with us looks like
You don't need a detailed spec to get started.
Tell us what's not working and we'll work out the simplest useful solution — built in stages you can see and use, with a partner who works across time zones by design.
01
Tell us what’s not working
You describe the problem in plain language — the process that’s manual, the tool that doesn’t fit, the time being wasted. No technical spec needed.
02
Work out the right approach
We map the simplest useful solution — build it, buy it, or connect what you already have — and agree the first step before anything is built.
03
See it take shape
We build in small working stages you can see and use, so it’s never a surprise and never needs to start over.
04
Connect it to your business
We integrate it with the tools you already use, so it works as part of your operation rather than beside it.
05
Improve it as you grow
We measure how it performs, refine it, support it, and expand it as your business evolves.
